如何确认马德里申请日期

那哪个 才是国际注册申请日期呢？

现在收到国际局发来的补正书，那原来的申请日期还给予保留吗？

这两个哪个都不是. 上WIPO网上查询吧,如果你不清楚的话.

给予保留的. 好比你在商标局提交一个申请,收到补正了,你在期限内补正就是,没有理由不给予保留申请日的.

没有讲申请日期是哪天啊，是不是就是国际注册的申请日期就是05.01.2007 - Date of receipt of the international application by the Office of Origin

这个应该是原属国商标局收文日
30.05.2007 - Date of receipt by the International Bureau
这个是国际局收文日
国际局于申请人在原属局提交国际注册申请之日后两个月内收到申请的，申请提交到原属局的日期为国际注册日期；国际局在此期限未收到申请的，以其收文日为注册日。
